These terms explain what to expect when you use this website. I’ve tried to make them as clear as possible—basically: treat this space with care, credit me if you share my work, and remember that holistic health is a partnership—every body responds differently.
These terms govern use of this website. When you book services with me, you’ll receive a separate Program Agreement with specific terms for that work.

Defined Terms
This is a legal document and you should read it carefully.
When the first letter of a word is capitalized in this document, it has a special and specific meaning. We call those words “Defined Terms,” because we’re going to give you a definition of what each term means as used in this document.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using jasminenorcross.com (the “Site”) operated by Jasmine Norcross LLC (“Company”).

Your use of the Site is subject to Company’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting the Site or sending emails to Company constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically to you by Company, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Booking Services
When you book sessions through Gloss Genius (linked from this Site), you agree to Gloss Genius’s own terms of service at https://glossgenius.elevio.help/en/articles/67-terms-of-service and privacy policy. Company is not responsible for Gloss Genius’s terms or practices.
Session bookings are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the Program Agreement: 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise a $30 cancellation fee applies.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service. No insurance billing is available for services rendered by Company.
Packages are available at discounted rates. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Links to Third Party Sites
The Site may link to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under the control of Company. Company is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites. Company provides these links as a convenience to you. The links do not constitute endorsement by Company of the site or any association with its operators.
Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to access and use the Site in strict accordance with these Terms. All content included on this Site is the property of Company and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect Company’s intellectual property and proprietary rights.
You may share blog posts and website content with proper attribution to Jasmine Norcross, HHP, and a link back to the original source. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from content found on the Site without express written permission.
You agree that you do not have nor will have any ownership rights in any protected content, and that Company does not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Company except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Site in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree not to:

Company is a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), not a licensed physician, dietician, or psychologist. Services provided are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment. Company acts as a mentor and guide to help clients reach their own health goals through lifestyle changes, muscle testing, and energetic balancing.

Holistic health services may not be appropriate for everyone. Certain health conditions require medical clearance before receiving services. By using this Site and booking services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider about whether these services are appropriate for you.
Results vary from person to person. Company makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from services provided.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of the Site or services.
Dispute Resolution
Both You and Company agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
